How Does Kybella Work?
Kybella is made up of a synthetic form of deoxycholic acid. This is a naturally occurring molecule in the body that helps in breaking down and absorbing dietary fat. During the treatment, Kybella will be injected into the chin. The Kybella injectable destroys fat cells. Once fat cells are destroyed, they can no longer accumulate fat. This then results in the noticeable reduction of fat under the chin.
