One of the most versatile and effective treatments is the VBeam Perfecta Laser. This is an ideal method that improves skin without invasive surgery. The VBeam treatment can improve the look of various skin conditions and concerns from wrinkles to birthmarks. Talk to Dr. Krathen at Essential Dermatology about your skin concerns and what you want to improve.
How Does VBeam Perfecta Work?
This technology is the latest generation of the VBeam laser. The VBeam Perfecta laser uses advanced pulsed-dye laser (PDL) technology. It uses a combination therapy to reduce redness, pigmentation, and spider veins. The laser specifically targets the red color and helps to eliminate red vessels and capillaries. During the treatment, the laser pulses over the skin, these only last for a microsecond. Following each pulse, a cold burst will be used to cool the skin’s surface. The quick pulses hear the vessels and then are interspersed with the cryogen bursts to cool and protect the skin from damage. This treatment is well-tolerated by most patients.
