Sclerotherapy Before & After Case 29

A 53 year-old female presented with numerous dilated superficial spider veins (varicose veins <6 mm) on the thighs and lower legs. She requested removal of the veins without surgery or lasers. Four treatments were performed by Dr. Krathen with good results using polidocanol 0.5-1% solution injected directly into the veins. Compression socks were worn daily for 2 weeks post-procedure.
