The quest for smooth, glowing, and youthful skin has led to the development of advanced skincare treatments, with CO2 fractional laser therapy being one of the most effective options available for treating aging skin. At Essential Dermatology in Natick and Needham, Massachusetts, our dermatologists can help you choose this or other treatments for the fine lines and wrinkles that develop over time. CO2 fractional laser skin resurfacing is an innovative procedure that is widely celebrated for its ability to tackle a range of skin concerns, leading to remarkable results.
Whether you have acne scars, fine lines, or uneven skin tone, CO2 fractional laser treatment could be the game-changer you’re seeking!
CO2 fractional laser treatment is a cutting-edge dermatological procedure that utilizes carbon dioxide lasers to rejuvenate and resurface the skin. The laser delivers tiny, precise beams of light that create microscopic wounds in the skin. This stimulates the body’s natural healing process, triggering collagen production and cellular renewal.
Unlike traditional laser treatments, fractional lasers target just a fraction of the skin surface at a time, leaving surrounding areas untouched. This allows for much faster healing and less downtime, making this treatment a fantastic option for busy patients looking to improve their skin without an extended recovery period.

CO2 fractional laser treatment is a powerful solution for anyone seeking to revive dull, aging, or damaged skin. While the procedure itself requires a bit of downtime and commitment, the results speak for themselves—smoother, fresher, and more youthful-looking skin.
